Centennial

Centennial is an aroma type cultivar and has found its way to being one of the most popular varieties in the craft beer market. It was bred in 1974 and in 1990 was released by Washington State university. Also known as super cascade due to its almost double alpha value it can also be used for bittering. Centennial is a cross between Brewers Gold and a USDA male. VQH Farm's Centennial presents with a bright citrus, almost juicy fruit aroma with a light floral herbal note.
